  • Vikram Singh – Director - Business Development.

Founder, seasoned entrepreneur with years of successful experience in Government Sector, outsourcing services, operations, strategic planning, and Business consulting.

Mr. Singh founded RBH SYSTEMS in 2002 with the vision of providing high quality outsourcing & IT Training services to world-wide customers. Mr. Singh focus on building customer relationships based on providing superior services has led to RBH SYSTEMS rapid growth. The company now enjoys a reputation for providing excellent services to its world-wide clientele. Mr. Singh has also developed many critical long-term relationships with partner companies in India, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada.

 

  • Keith Parker – Managing Partner 

Keith Parker is the Managing Partner of RBH SYSTEMS. Mr. Parker specializes in IT and business process (BP) outsourcing contract and service-level negotiations, and strategic management.  His practice engages in both nearshore and offshore sourcing solutions.

Keith is also responsible for RBH Systems  overall sales strategy, working with the team to formulate new solutions for additional growth and market leadership.

Keith’s business acumen, ideation, marketing mix management, strategic and tactical implementation has won him awards and recognition in performance areas ranging from market intelligence to exponential growth revenue. Prior to joining RBH Systems, Keith has worked with organizations like MTN, Park State & HSBC.

 

  • Subhashish Dey - Director Business Development APAC

Subhashish Dey is the Director Business Development APAC of RBH SYSTEMS. Mr. Dey specializes in Business Development, business process (BP) outsourcing contract and service-level negotiations, and strategic management. His practice engages in both nearshore and offshore sourcing solutions.

Subhashish is also responsible for RBH Systems overall APAC sales strategy, business development initiatives into Australia and New Zealand.

Subhasish is also able to secure outbound telemarketing & lead generation projects from the following industries in Australia and New Zealand; Energy, Renewable Energy (Solar), Insurance, Telecommunications, Investment Property & Real Estate and Mortgage Prior to joining RBH Systems, Subhashish has worked with organizations like Australis Outsourcing, Aegis BPO, Intellicom Contact Centers and McDonald's.
